Your account and choices

Keep your sign-in secure and provide accurate verification information to the payment provider. You choose whether to enable ads, the display format and quiet hours, and you can pause them at any time.

Eligible displays and earnings

Only eligible displays accepted by the service earn money. Browser demonstrations, incomplete or rejected displays, self-viewed campaigns, automated abuse and manipulated clients do not qualify. Current rates, caps, pending balances and release dates are shown in your account. Ad availability and income are not guaranteed.

Withdrawals

The current minimum is €10 of released earnings, after a seven-day hold. Complete Stripe verification and recipient review before the first withdrawal. Provider eligibility, available funds and bank processing affect timing. An uncertain or failed request is reconciled before reserved earnings are released or retried.

Campaigns and funding

You must have rights to your creative and destination. Campaigns require review before delivery. Fraudulent, unlawful or harmful advertisements are not permitted. Review is not a guarantee that a destination is safe. You authorize the specific amount shown in Stripe Checkout; budget is credited after confirmed payment. Campaign rates and delivery totals are recorded in your account.

Refunds

Pause a campaign and request a refund of eligible unused budget from the original funding payment. Budget reserved for in-progress displays or another refund cannot be refunded twice. Delivered advertising has already used its budget. Confirmed refunds return through the original provider; processing time depends on the provider and bank. Contact Support in your account for an incorrect charge or dispute. These terms do not remove mandatory consumer rights.

Reports, suspension and closure

Report unwanted ads from your display history. We may pause campaigns, delivery or payouts to investigate abuse, payment problems or a support request. Request account closure through Support. Outstanding balances and required records are reviewed before deletion.
